These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Sesh Snow Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1) Eligibility
1.1 The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Employees, agencies, and partners of Sesh Snow may be restricted from participation.
1.2 The Program is void where prohibited by law.
2) Key Definitions

Referrer (Advocate): An existing customer who shares their unique referral link or code.

Friend (Referee): A new customer who completes a qualifying purchase using the Referrer’s link/code.

Successful Referral: A Friend’s first completed purchase that (a) is attributed to the Referrer’s link/code, (b) meets minimum order and product requirements (if any), and (c) is not canceled, returned, or charged back during the Review Period.
3) Offer Details
3.1 Friend (Referee) Reward — “Give $20”: Eligible Friends receive $20 off their order when they use the Referrer’s valid referral link or code at checkout. First-time customers only.
3.2 Referrer (Advocate) Reward — “Get $15”: For each Successful Referral, the Referrer earns one (1) reward equal to $15 in store credit
3.3 Milestone Reward: On the 5th referral you will receive $40 of store credit. On your 10th referral you will receive $90 of store credit
3.4 Rewards are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards, unless required by law.
3.5 Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons, unless explicitly stated.
4) One Reward per Referred Friend
4.1 A Referrer may earn only one (1) reward per unique Friend who completes a Successful Referral.
4.2 If multiple Referrers claim credit for the same Friend, Sesh Snow may assign the reward at its sole discretion.
5) Review Period & Reward Issuance
5.1 Rewards are issued only after the Review Period. The Review Period equals our returns/cancellations window and is currently 30 days from the Friend’s order date (unless we state a different period on the Program page).
5.2 During the Review Period, rewards remain pending.
5.3 After the Review Period closes, eligible rewards will be issued automatically to the Referrer’s email/account associated with the Program.
6) Returns, Cancellations, & Chargebacks
6.1 If a Friend’s order is canceled, returned, or charged back during the Review Period, the referral is disqualified and no reward will be issued.
6.2 Rewards voided for refunds/chargebacks: If the order is refunded, canceled, or charged back during the Review Period, any pending reward is automatically void.
6.3 Once a reward is issued after the Review Period, it may not be revoked except in cases of fraud, abuse, or error.
7) Fraud, Abuse, & Prohibited Conduct (No Self-Referrals)
7.1 No self-referrals: You may not refer yourself or use your own link/code on your own orders.
7.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating duplicate or fake accounts, using bots or scripts, posting referral codes on coupon/deal sites, paid advertising on our branded keywords, spamming, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7.3 Sesh Snow reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any reward and/or suspend or terminate participation for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7.4 Sesh Snow may require additional verification and reserves final decision rights on reward eligibility and attribution.
8) Reward Limits, Expiration, & Use
8.1 Unless we specify otherwise, standard $20 Referrer rewards and the $20 Friend discount are single-use and expire 60 days from issuance (displayed on the reward).
8.2 Rewards cannot be applied to gift cards, taxes, shipping, or restricted products unless we state otherwise.
8.3 We may cap total rewards per person, household, or calendar year to maintain Program integrity.
9) Attribution Window & Tracking
9.1 Referrals are attributed when a Friend uses the Referrer’s unique link or code.
9.2 Unless otherwise stated, the attribution (cookie) window is 30 days from first click.
9.3 Technical issues (ad blockers, privacy settings, device swaps) may affect tracking; Sesh Snow is not responsible for lost or delayed attributions due to technical limitations beyond our control.
10) Changes, Suspension, or Termination
10.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (and/or specific rewards, amounts, or timelines) at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
10.2 Changes will not affect rewards already issued unless obtained through fraud or error.
11) Taxes & Compliance
11.1 You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards where applicable.
11.2 By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws.
12) Privacy
12.1 Participation requires processing of your personal data (e.g., email, referral link usage). We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Do not share private information about others without their consent.
