This warranty policy covers all manufacture defects

We stand by the quality of our products, and the brands we work with. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team (info@seshsnow.com) within 90 days of the purchase date. Again, we want you to love it; we will gladly replace the defective item with a new one or provide you with store credit.

This warranty policy does not cover:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Items that have been altered or modified in any way.
  • Products not directly purchased from seshsnow.com.

How to Initiate a Return or Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@seshsnow.com to report the defect. Please include all pictures, and any info you can provide for us to evaluate if item is eligible for a warranty claim.
  2. Once approve by our warranty team, you will receive a PDF file in the email with a Return Authorization number with your invoice.
  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of your order invoice.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
